When will I receive my travel guide?

Of course, you can also use my services on an à la carte basis for any of the following:

What’s the difference compared to a travel agency?

As a travel planner, I assist you through the complete design of your trip to Kenya, from the initial idea to the final details, to ensure that your journey is seamless and unforgettable.

I am not a travel agency, which means I cannot make bookings for you, nor can I provide the financial guarantees, insurance, or assistance that agencies offer. Instead, I provide you with direct links to carefully selected service providers (transportation, accommodation, excursions, etc.), so that you can book independently and remain entirely in control of your trip.

Completely independent, I do not receive any commission from the partners I recommend. You pay solely for my bespoke planning and consulting services, guaranteeing an authentic trip designed just for you.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As early as possible! To ensure a truly personalized service, I only take on a limited number of trips. This allows me to fully invest myself in each project and create unique, tailor-made experiences. Last-minute requests are exceptional, as each trip requires time and preparation to be unforgettable.

Is it possible to request only an à la carte service?

No later than 15 days before departure! But the earlier you contact me before your trip, the sooner you will receive it.

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon acceptance of the quote. Once the quote has been approved and payment has been made, I will begin my research to craft your dream trip step by step.

Do you provide insurance?

No, bookings are entirely your responsibility, but I recommend securing health, repatriation, and trip cancellation insurance to enjoy a worry-free trip.
